📋 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain systems: chilled water, steam, compressed air, cooling towers, etc.

• Perform preventive maintenance and complete all work orders on schedule

• Monitor and troubleshoot alarms using SCADA, BMS (Siemens), and fire detection systems

• Document shift logs, reports, and equipment performance using internal software

• Respond to emergencies and participate in response/rescue teams

• Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians to ensure plant reliability

• Identify and correct safety or housekeeping issues in mechanical areas

✅ You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:

• 2+ years of relevant mechanical or building systems experience

• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, boilers, plumbing, or electrical systems

• Ability to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, and perform inspections in tight spaces

• High school diploma or GED (Trade school or college preferred)

• Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime

🎓 Bonus Qualifications

• EPA Refrigerant Certification

• Experience with SCADA/BMS systems

• Familiarity with ISO 14001 environmental standards

📍 Work Location

• On-site in Yorktown Heights, NY

• Rotating shifts covering 24/7 operations
